What We Are The Therapist Connector is a therapist matching service. We connect individuals seeking mental health support with licensed therapists based on their preferences and needs. We are not a therapy provider, a mental health clinic, or a crisis service.

Not a Crisis Service If you are experiencing a mental health emergency please call or text 988 or contact your local emergency services immediately. This service is not intended for urgent or crisis support.

For Clients By submitting a client intake form you understand that we provide therapist recommendations based on your stated preferences. We do not guarantee therapist availability, compatibility, or outcomes. You are responsible for verifying therapist credentials before beginning any services.

For Therapists By submitting a therapist intake form you confirm that all information provided is accurate and current. You agree to maintain an active and valid license in any state where you provide services. You agree to respond to client inquiries in a timely manner. The Therapist Connector reserves the right to remove any therapist listing at its discretion.

No PHI on This Platform The Therapist Connector is not a HIPAA-covered entity and is not designed to store or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI). Therapists may not enter any client names, dates of birth, diagnosis information, treatment records, or any other individually identifiable health information on this platform. Therapists are solely responsible for any violations of this requirement.

Data and Privacy We collect intake information for the sole purpose of facilitating therapist-client matching. We do not sell your information to third parties. Client contact information shared with matched therapists is provided solely for the purpose of establishing a therapeutic relationship.

No Therapy Relationship Using this service does not create a therapy relationship between you and any therapist or between you and The Therapist Connector.

Limitation of Liability The Therapist Connector is not liable for the actions, conduct, or quality of services provided by any therapist in our network. We make no guarantees about match quality or outcomes.

Intellectual Property All content on this site belongs to The Therapist Connector and may not be used without permission.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Washington.
